For the week of March 5 to March 12, lab D accomplishments were the following:

· Teams worked on team contracts and the familiarization project. The familiarization project will be a short eight to ten minute presentation that outlines the individual components of the project.
· Each lab team was assigned a week to do the lab blog.
· Each lab team was assigned a specific area of social cues to focus on.
· These areas include professional and non-professional appearance, mannerism, and speech.
· The lab management committee has chosen a person with a learning disabilites as the targeted end user.
· Specifically a person that struggles with reading and writing.
· The components of the project will be geared towards helping and training a person with a learning disability to be successful.
· The lab committee discussed the issue of how specific and in depth the project will entail. There is the large issue of how much detail we can put into the game versus the quantity of material covered.
· The video game will start with an aptitude test, which outlines areas of study recommended for the user.
· The aptitude test will lead the end user to specific created games, which will target their weak areas.
The goals for next week:

· Familiarization projects presentations.
· Teams will be working on the functionality requirements and designproposal report.
· Teams will continue to develop the design of our game.
